Innovatus: Enhancing your Personal Impact as a Leader
For the latest Innovatus event, Professor Christine Bamford and Dr. Celine Mullins led a workshop on ‘Enhancing your Personal Impact as a Leader’.
It was, as promised, a very interactive session, with all attendees having the opportunity to discuss, practice and take away a range of tools and techniques. These were modelled on the most impactful world leaders and were designed to improve executive presence and content creation. The session also included a section on how positive and negative messages are picked up by audiences, and another on how our ‘thinking styles’ can either diminish or enhance our impact. One attendee remarked in her feedback that the session “should be mandatory for all women in business”.
